I loved the hotel's central location, right next to the main shopping street. It was so convenient to explore the city without needing public transportation. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Beata were great to assist me when my luggage went missing at the airport. I appreciated their assistance in storing my luggage after checkout as well. a highly recommended hotel in a fantastic location.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with key attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. Another great aspect was the attentive and friendly staff who made our stay pleasant. the breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide range of options including gluten-free, vegan, and lactose-free choices.

The temperature control in the room was not adjustable, making it too hot at times. The wifi connection was also a bit unreliable, requiring frequent reconnection.

The hotel is located in a prime area, close to all the main attractions of the city. It offers a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a quiet stay. The rooms are well-designed and spacious, with excellent thermal and sound insulation. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout the stay.

The elevator in the hotel is quite old and slow, causing delays and inconvenience for guests.

During our recent stay at Ih Hotels Milano Ambasciatori, we were kinda surprised by the superb location of the hotel. Being just behind the iconic Duomo Cathedral and close to the shopping area, we were able to explore the heart of Milan with great ease. Despite the central location, the hotel is situated in a peaceful area, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay.

We loved the location of this place! It's snuggled away quietly from the main street but still smack in the very centre of everything here. We also appreciated the great room amenities like the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar, and the lovely terrace that we enjoyed during happy hour. The staff at the reception desk were very competent and friendly, always providing guidance and directions when we needed them. Plus, the continental breakfast was a great start to our day of exploring.

We had no complaints about our stay here and would highly recommend this venue to others looking for a comfortable and luxurious place to stay.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is situated in the very heart of the city, within walking distance of all the famous tourist landmarks and shopping areas. I loved being able to easily explore the city and drop off my shopping bags at the hotel whenever I needed to. The staff were incredibly polite and always ready to assist with anything I needed.
